All Format Lab provides browser-based tools for supported image, text, data, and ZIP conversions, plus related informational content. Supported formats and limits may change. Audio/video and office-document conversions shown as planned are not available unless and until we clearly mark them ready. A format label or landing page does not promise that every file will convert successfully.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain rights to files you select. You represent that you own the file or have permission to process it and download a converted copy. Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate privacy or law, distribute malware, process files you are not authorized to handle, or interfere with our site or other users. You are responsible for keeping your originals and checking that a converted file is suitable before relying on it.
Current tools process files locally in your browser and do not upload them to an All Format Lab conversion server. Your browser, device, network provider, or hosting provider may still process technical connection or local cache data. If a future tool requires server processing, we will present applicable upload, retention, and deletion information before you submit a file.
4. Accuracy, availability, and risk
Conversions can change image quality, transparency, metadata, formatting, or compatibility. Results may vary by browser, source file, settings, and destination. The Service is provided for general convenience and is not a substitute for professional editing, records retention, legal review, medical or financial workflows, or validated production systems. Maintain a backup and inspect output before use. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or support for every format or device.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
All Format Lab branding, site design, software, and original copy are owned by the site operator or its licensors, subject to applicable law. You may use the public tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not copy or resell the site as a service, reverse engineer or disrupt it, or remove proprietary notices, except where law gives you a right that cannot be restricted. If you send suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of your files.
6. Third-party services and advertising
The Service may link to or rely on third-party providers for hosting, fonts, email, or (if later enabled) advertising. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Ads, if added, do not constitute our endorsement of an advertiser or its offer. Do not click ads to support us or treat ads as recommendations.
7. Suspension and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue a tool, or restrict access where reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new revision date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption resulting from use of the Service. Any remaining direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if a cap is not allowed.
