Current site status: All Format Lab does not currently run AdSense ads, use an account system, or upload files for conversion. If advertising is enabled later, the third-party advertising and cookie practices described below may apply. Review this page after configuring any new analytics, advertising, feedback, or server features.
1. Who operates this site
All Format Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates allformatlab.com, a collection of browser-based file tools and informational pages. Questions about this notice can be sent through our Contact page.
2. Files and browser-side processing
For the image, text, data, and ZIP tools currently available, conversion code runs in your web browser. The selected file is read locally into browser memory, converted there, and offered back as a download. All Format Lab does not receive or store the file through a conversion upload endpoint. Temporary browser memory is released as the page or tab is closed, subject to your browser's own behavior. Files you choose to download are saved according to your device and browser settings.
This statement describes the site's current converter implementation; it does not cover browser extensions, malware, your device backups, or other services you independently use. Do not upload files to a future server-powered feature unless its separate processing and retention terms are displayed.
3. Information processed when you visit
Our static site host, Netlify, necessarily receives ordinary connection information when it serves pages, such as an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser/device details, and diagnostic or security data in service logs. Netlify processes this information to deliver and protect the site under its own terms and privacy notice. The site currently has no sign-in, conversion account, or first-party analytics product.
The design currently requests font files from Google Fonts. A request to an external provider can expose ordinary connection metadata such as your IP address and browser request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
All Format Lab currently does not intentionally set first-party cookies for accounts, analytics, or conversion history. Our browser converters use temporary in-memory data and download links, not a server-side file store. Your browser may maintain its own cache or settings.
If we add Google AdSense or another advertising partner, the provider and its vendors may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, depending on consent and settings, personalize advertising based on prior visits to this or other sites. Google describes advertising cookies and third-party domains such as doubleclick.net, google.com, googlesyndication.com, and googleadservices.com in its advertising privacy notice.
DoubleClick DART: Older privacy notices refer to the DoubleClick DART cookie. Google advertising products and cookie names can change over time; All Format Lab does not claim that a DART cookie is currently active on this site. If advertising is enabled, Google/DoubleClick or other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies as described by Google's current documentation and the ad settings actually configured for this site. We will update this notice to identify the actual vendors and practices before serving ads.
You can manage Google personalization through Google Ads Settings, review industry opt-out choices at aboutads.info, and change cookie settings in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect ad behavior but will not disable the local converter.
5. Consent and regional choices
Where required by applicable law, we will use an appropriate consent-management mechanism before activating advertising technologies. Google requires publishers serving personalized ads to users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland to use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the applicable consent framework. We will configure the relevant controls for our actual ad products and jurisdictions before ads go live. See Google's CMP guidance.
6. Contact messages and retention
If you contact us by email, the message and your email address are processed by your and our email providers so we can reply. We retain correspondence only as needed to respond, maintain business records, or address security and legal issues. Do not include sensitive files or personal information in a message unless it is necessary.
7. Children, security, and external links
The tools are general-purpose and are not designed to collect information from children. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit files. No internet service can promise perfect security; keep your browser and device updated and use the site only with files you are authorized to process. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference and are governed by their own policies.
8. Your privacy rights and updates
Your rights depend on where you live and may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or complaint rights. Contact us and identify your request and jurisdiction; we may need to verify it before responding. This notice may change as tools, providers, laws, or advertising settings change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
